Are your products customisable?
Yes, all our products can be customised to suit your needs/brand. We can customised the colour, font, sizes or shape. Please contact us with your customisation needs.
How long does an order take to be made?
Usually within 1 week, but it may change due to our capacity.
Do you send a preview?
Yes we can send a preview if requested. Please leave a note in the personalisation box if you want us to send you a preview.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary especially during busy periods eg. Christmas.
We recommend paying a bit extra for express services during these times.
For overseas customers, it usually take 7-15 business days with standard shipping, but bear in mind, delivery service can be unpredictable and delays may occur that are out of our control. Once we hand the parcel over to the courier, we have no more control over it, but we will try our best to assist you if there are any problems.
We also offer EXPEDITED COURIER so you can get the item faster.
We advise to order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
My order arrived damaged.
We pack all the orders carefully to make sure it arrives safe. Due to the nature of the material, damage can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours after receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible so can arrange a replacement.
