Yes, we offer previews upon request. Please indicate in the personalization box at checkout if you would like us to send a preview of your design prior to production.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Delivery times can vary, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas. We recommend opting for express shipping during these times to ensure timely arrival.
For international orders, standard shipping usually takes between 7 to 15 business days. However, please note that shipping services can be unpredictable, and delays may occur beyond our control. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are unable to influence transit times, but we remain available to assist you should any issues arise.
We also offer expedited courier options for faster delivery. To avoid disappointment, we advise placing your order well in advance.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
